A dependable manufacturing partner for high-temperature applications across demanding industrial environments — from a single Bangalore campus at 50,000 MT per annum combined installed capacity.
Refractory raw materials for formulators who specify by chemistry, phase and particle-size distribution — and monolithic refractories for the plants that use them.
Kyanite-derived sintered mullite aggregate. High-alumina, controlled mullite phase, low reversible thermal expansion.
Learn more →Our kyanite line. High-alumina, low iron and titania, standard trade mesh cuts −35# / −100# / −200# / −325#.
Learn more →High-purity, very low thermal expansion. Grain and fines for thermal-shock service, precast, investment-casting prime coats.
Learn more →LCC, ULCC, NCC, self-flow, insulating castables; mortars; ramming masses; gunning mixes; plastics; precast shapes.
Learn more →The kyanite that feeds the raw-material line, the sintering that converts it into refractory aggregates, and the monolithics that use those aggregates as their base — all sit on one plant. Chemistry consistency is a supply-chain outcome, and Ellite Materials controls that supply chain end to end.
Every step of the chain sits under one QC discipline. Formulators buying our aggregate and plants buying our castable draw on chemistry the house knows through and through.
Sintering, calcination, crushing, grading, dry-mix blending, packing and shape production lines, sized to serve refractory formulators and end-user industries in parallel.
Chemistry, phase analysis, particle-size distribution, bulk density, apparent porosity, cold crushing strength, hot MOR, refractoriness under load, thermal expansion — measured on every batch.
Application engineers help select grade and chemistry against the vessel, zone and service condition. Sample supply, trial support, installation guidance and post-mortem lining analysis are standard.
Ellite Materials operates under the promotership of Arun Kumar Bajaj, who came to Bangalore in 1983 and set about building the industrial base for the refractory enterprise he would go on to establish. The refractory manufacturing operation was established in 1992 as Bajaj Associates, and under him it grew from a single raw-material line into an integrated manufacturer of refractory raw materials — Bajaj Mullite 60 sintered mullite, Bajaj Ceramull refractory-grade kyanite, and fused silica — and a full range of monolithic refractories.
He now leads Ellite Materials, carrying that legacy forward. What began as a captive mineral operation has grown into an integrated refractory manufacturer serving India's industries — from a single Bangalore campus, on the technical bench that has run this business for over three decades.
Refractory raw materials to the manufacturers that formulate for them, and monolithic refractories directly to the plants that use them — specified against the wear mechanism each industry actually faces.
We reply with a technical response — grade recommendation, chemistry, physical properties and expected performance for the vessel and zone you have named. Our sales and application engineers speak the language of plant metallurgists.
